The Mahindra Group was recently recognized as one of the top 10 organizations for leaders to work for globally. This is a testimony to our sustained commitment and efforts towards Talent Management. At the same time, we also realize that to transform ourselves from a Good to Great organization, we must invest even greater efforts towards grooming future leaders.

At Mahindra AFS (Automotive & Farm Equipment Sectors) we have been running various Talent Management programs and taking several initiatives in the past to groom future leaders. However, given our ambitious business plans, scaling up and further integrating our efforts is of strategic importance going forward, and our revamped Talent Management Architecture is one of our biggest steps towards it!

The objective of this revamp is simple: To build Best-In-Class Leaders, across levels, for a Future Ready Global Organisation, Mahindra AFS.

  2. Providing customized development opportunities to identified target groups in mid to senior management in focused functional streams.
  3. Evolving specific programs focused at building expertise in various areas of Product Development.
